For the second week in a row, Critical Moments’ production company provided an online chat service for its audience everywhere to communicate with the stars of the series. Amr Waked, Mahmoud Abdel Moghny, Tarek Lotfy and director Ahmed Saleh participated in this week's chat session. These sessions take place every Saturday from 6 pm to 8 pm on the series' official website. For two hours, stars of the series chat with audience members from all around the Arab world and beyond. The stars were asked about their characters and how they will develop in season three.

In addition to the stars, Dr. Khaled Amin, the real life doctor who is always present on the shooting set and consults with the production on all medical matters also is regularly available to chat with fans. He has helped the cast portray doctors on screen as if they are in a real hospital.

The production company has announced the names of the winners of Critical Moments’ competition via its official website. The number of participants in the contest exceeded 10,000 and among them, 21 winners from all over the Arab world were chosen. The cast and crew of the third season of Critical Moments welcomed a second group of winners to the Critical Moments stages. The prize was an invitation to attend an entire day of shooting in Cairo in addition to being given memorable souvenirs. The winners from outside Egypt were provided round trip tickets as well as hotel accommodations for two nights in Cairo. The stars of Critical Moments are preparing to meet the third group of winners very soon.
